In V2, Mona becomes conversational. Instead of only telling you things when events happen, you can ask her questions — and she answers with your real data.

Who this is for

Any Monaris user who wants to understand their financial position more deeply, explore what-if scenarios, or get specific guidance on improving their Score or accessing credit.

How it works

Open the Mona conversational interface in your dashboard. Ask a question in plain language. Mona responds with specific, data-backed answers drawn from your Monaris account — invoices, payments, Score signals, cashflow patterns, credit status.

Example conversations

Understanding your Score

You: “Why did my score drop?” Mona: “Your Score dropped 35 points over the last 7 days. The main cause is Client C’s invoice, which is now 21 days overdue. That invoice alone accounts for 28 of those 35 points. If it clears this week, you recover most of the drop. Your other signals — income stability, client diversity, volume — are all stable.”

Assessing risk

You: “What is my biggest cashflow risk right now?” Mona: “Client A makes up 58% of your income this month. If their next payment (4,200,duein12days)islate,yourrunwaydropsfrom6weekstounder3weeks.YoursecondriskistheoverdueinvoicefromClientC(4,200, due in 12 days) is late, your runway drops from 6 weeks to under 3 weeks. Your second risk is the overdue invoice from Client C (1,800, now 21 days late). Consider following up directly.”

Planning for credit

You: “How long until I qualify for a $10,000 advance?” Mona: “You need to reach Trusted tier (Score 850+) for credit above $5,000. You are currently at 720. Based on your current trajectory — about 2 invoices cleared per month — you could reach 850 in approximately 8–10 weeks, assuming no overdue invoices. Clearing one more diversified client’s invoice this month would accelerate that by about 2 weeks.”

Cashflow forecasting

You: “What does my cashflow look like for the next 30 days?” Mona: “You have 3 outstanding invoices totaling 8,400,allduewithin30days.Basedoneachclientspaymenthistory:ClientAtypicallypays2daysearly(8,400, all due within 30 days. Based on each client's payment history: Client A typically pays 2 days early (4,200 — high confidence), Client B pays on time (2,800mediumconfidence),ClientCiscurrently21dayslateonaseparateinvoice(2,800 — medium confidence), Client C is currently 21 days late on a separate invoice (1,400 — lower confidence). Expected total inflow: 7,0007,000–8,400. Your obligations over the same period: $3,200. Net expected position: positive.”

Quick questions

You: “How many invoices until Established?” Mona: “You need 3 more cleared invoices and $120 more in verified volume. At your current pace, that is about 4–5 weeks.”
