Invoice events

Invoice cleared (on time)

“Client A paid on time — this is their 4th on-time payment in a row. Strong counterparty. Your Score moved from 640 to 658.”

Invoice overdue (7 days)

“Your invoice to Client B is 7 days past due. Late client payments are one of the biggest Score impacts. Want me to send them a reminder?”

Invoice overdue (30 days)

“Client B is now 30 days late. Your Score dropped 22 points this week because of this. Would you like to explore an Invoice Advance on a different outstanding invoice to cover your cashflow gap?”

First invoice cleared

“First invoice cleared. Your Monaris Score just started. 9 more cleared invoices will unlock Established and your first credit access.”

Milestone invoice (10th, 25th, 50th)

“You cleared your 10th invoice. You have unlocked Established — here is what just changed for you.”

Score events

Tier upgrade

“You just crossed into Established. Your cashflow history is now strong enough to qualify for up to 5,000incredit.Hereiswhatgotyouhere:12invoicescleared,915,000 in credit. Here is what got you here: 12 invoices cleared, 91% on-time rate, 1,800 in verified volume.”

Score stagnation (14 days without movement)

“Your Score has not moved in 2 weeks. Fastest improvement right now: get one more client to clear an outstanding invoice. That is worth approximately 40–60 points.”

Score drop

“Your Score dropped 35 points since last week. Main reason: Client C’s invoice is now 21 days overdue. If it clears this week, you recover most of that.”

Approaching next tier

“You are 80 points away from Trusted. Two more cleared invoices from distinct clients could get you there this month.”

Cashflow events

Client concentration detected

“Client A makes up 61% of your income this month. If they delay their next payment, your runway drops from 8 weeks to 3 weeks. Worth knowing.”

Runway warning

“Based on your current obligations and inflow patterns, you have approximately 3 weeks of runway. Your next expected payment is from Client B — due in 11 days.”

Unusual large inflow

“You received a larger-than-usual payment today. Your 90-day runway is now comfortable. Want to set up a savings sweep to automatically put 20% of any inflow aside?”

Strong cashflow period

“Your cashflow looks strong for the next 30 days. You have $12,000 in expected inflows.”

Inflow pattern change

“Client D has not paid in 45 days. They typically pay monthly. This could be a timing issue or a change in the relationship. Worth following up.”
