Connecting your wallet lets Monaris read your on-chain history and build your cashflow picture. It is the fastest way to start getting insights — and the starting point for private payments.

Who this is for

Anyone with an EVM-compatible wallet who wants Monaris to analyze their cashflow, build their Score from on-chain history, and route payments privately.

  • WalletConnect (any EVM-compatible wallet)

What happens when you connect

  1. You connect your wallet via MetaMask or WalletConnect in the app
  2. Monaris reads your history — minimum last 90 days of on-chain transactions
  3. Cashflows are auto-categorized — income, expenses, transfers, and unknowns
  4. Your cashflow timeline appears — a complete picture of your financial activity
  5. Mona generates her first insight — a real observation based on your actual data (concentration risk, runway estimate, income patterns)
  6. The Privacy Router activates — any payment you send through Monaris is private by default

What Monaris reads

  • Transaction history (last 90+ days)
  • Balances (at read time)
  • Counterparties (wallet addresses)
  • Stablecoin flows (USDC, USDT)

What Monaris does not do

Connecting is read-only for history. Monaris does not move your funds without your explicit action. You approve every outgoing payment individually.

Privacy

Read data: Your transaction history and balances are used to build your cashflow picture and calculate Score inputs. This data is processed according to the Monaris privacy model — it is never shared with third parties without your consent. Outgoing payments: When you send a payment through Monaris, it routes through the Privacy Router. Counterparties and amounts are not visible on the public chain. How to get started

  1. Sign in at app.monaris.co
  2. Click Connect Wallet in your dashboard
  3. Choose MetaMask or WalletConnect
  4. Approve the connection in your wallet
  5. Your cashflow picture builds automatically

FAQ

Does connecting my wallet cost anything? No. Connecting and reading history is free. Can I disconnect my wallet later? Yes. You can disconnect at any time. Your Score data built from your history remains in your Monaris account. Do you have access to my private keys? No. Monaris never accesses or stores your private keys. Wallet connection is read-only for history and requires your approval for every transaction.
